We have been using Betz in my family for several years for both commercial and residential work. I always recommend them to others as well.
They are a local small business and they do not try to upsell you on things like the other big companies. I’ve had another company (Horizon) look at my old system only to be told that it was on its last leg. I later found out that this “technician” was actually a salesmen and did his best not to leave my house until he made a sale for a new system. Not happy with their service, I reached out to Betz who gave me a quote for a new system almost half the cost of the quote from Horizon. Since then, I’ve had a new HVAC system and two heat pumps installed in my house.
Recently, I noticed there was some leaking from one of the units (on a Sunday). I texted Steve on his private number and he penciled me in for the following day. Really great service and customer care. I would highly recommend!
